| Superior, Awesome Service Gina and Vance were awesome on our recent project! We live in Cumming which I know is not convenient for them but Gina came out of the show us samples without hesitation. | Overall AWESOME experience!!!! Vance and Gina were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They came out the day after we requested an in home estimate.(Which I thought was very quick!) They were very thorough and answered any and all questions that my husband and I had. The crew that actually put in our hard wood floors were very flexible with their schedule and got our floors done much faster than I was expecting. The crew was very friendly and very clean! They cleaned up the entire work area before leaving. My overall experience with Pace was an excellent one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to put new flooring in! | Excellent Work and Service In these days of rampant lousy customer service it was a joy to find such a professional, helpful and attentive company. From first contact to last, they were responsive and friendly. When the laminate flooring I selected came in, the service rep called to tell me that he was concerned it did not look like the sample and might not be what I wanted. He was right. He made another trip to my house with more samples and I picked out a floor that is now beautiful in my home. The installers were polite, they did a great job, and they cleaned up thoroughly. Tremendous Company In March of 2006, Pace & Company remodeled our master bath shower. They designed a fabulous shower and the end result was even better than we could have imagined. I rate the company 5 stars from the beginning of the process to the end. I highly recommend this company for all flooring and shower remodel needs. |
